CONCRETE. Wash. – A man from Concrete died in a single vehicle crash in Skagit County Tuesday evening.
The State Patrol reports 56-year-old William A. Orestad was driving on Concrete Sauk Valley Road south of the town at about 6:30 when he lost control and hit a tree.
He was the only person involved in the crash.
The cause of the accident is under investigation.
