EVERETT, Wash. – United Airlines is giving up on Paine Field.
The carrier says it will end flights from the airport in Everett on October 5th.
Aviation website The Points Guy reports that United began reducing service from the airport in February.
Alaska Airlines still serves Paine Field and says it’s expanding its service there.
Paine Field was seen as a regional competitor to Bellingham International Airport when it began commercial service in 2019.
