Kulshan Community Land Trust receives grant from Wells Fargo

The Kulshan Community Land Trust has been awarded a grant to support its HomeBuyer Education Program.

The Trust announced they have received a $20,000 grant from Wells Fargo to provide more families with homebuyer education classes and counseling services.

With home prices rising rapidly throughout Whatcom Community and a rental vacancy rate of less than 1%, KulshanCLT has experienced a growing demand each month as people look for resources.

The HomeBuyer Education program is one of three KulshanCLT core programs-HomeBuyer Education, HomeOwnership Opportunities and HomeOwner Services.
