The Blaine Police Department congratulates newly promoted Sergeant Timothy Richardson and Sergeant Skylar Deffinbaugh.
Both men were recognized and presented with a certificate from Mayor Bonnie Onyon.
Sergeant Richardson has a total of ten years of service at the Blaine Police Department. He currently lives in Blaine with his wife, Gabbi, and son, Luke. He is honored to have been chosen for this leadership position.
Sergeant Deffinbaugh joined the Blaine PD in 2016 after several years of law enforcement work within different departments. He lives with is wife, Amber, in the Bellingham area and strives to provide the best possible service to the Blaine community.
