FERNDALE, Wash. – Two men have been arrested after trying to run a man over during a burglary in Ferndale.
Whatcom County Sheriff’s Deputies say that Trenten Pope and Samual Belles were caught on camera stealing tools from Ebe Farms on Saturday night.
Later that evening, the farm’s owner caught the men trying to steal from his property again.
Pope and Belles fled to their van and attempted to strike the victim, but he was only hit by the sideview mirror.
Deputies later located the van and arrested the two men.
