BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Whatcom Community College has received a major grant from the National Science Foundation.
$7.5 million will be used to upgrade the school’s National Cybersecurity Training and Education Center.
WCC President Dr. Kathi Hiyane-Brown said that the grant will help boost connections to government and industry leaders.
The school received additional funding from the National Science Foundation for their work in the cybersecurity industry.
