BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Bellingham Police have arrested a man wanted for spying on a woman in the bathroom at the Whole Foods store on Lakeway Drive.
The woman reported the incident in July in which she said a man stuck his head under the stall divider while she used the bathroom.
Court records state that he grabbed her leg when she kicked at him but she was able to get away.
The woman identified 25-year-old Dalton William Edwards from a photo line-up.
Officers arrested him on a warrant on Sunday, September 19th.
