BELLINGHAM, Wash. – The pandemic has claimed another Bellingham business as Thousand Acre Cider House has announced they will permanently close on October 10th.

The bar that specialized in providing cider drinks from around the globe opened on Grand Avenue in downtown Bellingham in 2019.

The owners say in a social media post that recovery from COVID-19 caused restrictions isn’t happening fast enough to keep the business open.

They’re offering special deals and discounts during their final weeks to clear merchandise and help support their staff.
