DEMING, Wash. – Sightseers heading up to Mount Baker between October 4th and 7th can expect some road closures on Mount Baker Highway.
From 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., SR 542 will be completely closed from milepost 47 to 57, cutting off access to Artist Point.
The scheduled shut down during these four days is for annual maintenance to prepare for the upcoming winter season.
