BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Bellingham high schools will host homecoming dances with COVID-19 safety protocols in place.

The school district says Bellingham, Sehome and Squalicum High Schools will each host a homecoming dance on Saturday, October 23rd.

They’ll be held outdoors and everyone attending with have to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test.

The schools will offer free rapid tests on October 22nd, the day before the dances.

Masking and other protocols with also have to be followed.

The district says administrators and students leaders from each school planned the dances.
