City of Bellingham to host public hearing on proposed parking changes, price increases

BELLINGHAM, Wash. – A Bellingham City Council public hearing will be taking place Monday, October 25th to discuss proposed changes to parking policies in the city.

The changes include doubling the current per-hour price to park, changing the time of enforcement, and increasing parking infraction fines.
