SNOQUALMIE PASS, Wash. – After a three-day closure, two major Washington passes are back open.
WSDOT said on Twitter that the Snoqualmie and Blewett passes are open as of Sunday afternoon, January 9th.
Stevens and White passes remain closed but could reopen later today, Monday, January 10th.
However, officials are asking most drivers to hold off on hitting those roads for now.
Priority on the passes are being given to trucks and other freight vehicles.
WSDOT cautions those who absolutely need to cross through the passes to be very cautious.
