City of Bellingham reducing services due to COVID surge

BELLINGHAM, Wash. – The City of Bellingham is cutting back some services due to the surge of COVID-19.

The Arne Hanna Aquatic Center closed Wednesday, January 12th, because of a lack of personnel and will remain closed until at least January 18th.
