OLYMPIA, Wash. – The Washington State Senate will honor late senator Doug Ericksen of Ferndale today, Friday, January 28th.
The Senate will present a memorial resolution at 1:30 p.m. during its floor session.
Members will give speeches and Senate Republican leader John Braun will then offer the memorial, Senate Resolution 8639.
Ericksen represented the 42nd District for almost 23 years and passed away in December after a battle with COVID 19.
