BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Two men are accused of raping a minor in Bellingham after the victim came forward over a decade later.
Bellingham Police arrested Dalton Todhunter on Sunday, March 20th, and Timothy Bartley was charged in March of last year.
According to court documents, the then 14-year-old victim and her older sister were invited to a party at Bartley’s house in 2008, where she suspects her drink was tampered with.
The victim told investigators she was forced to perform sexual acts with both Bartley and Todhunter while she drifted in and out of consciousness.
Todhunter is out of jail on $5,000 bail.
