Construction could cause delays on I-90 near Snoqualmie Pass

SNOQUALMIE PASS, Wash. – If you’re planning to head across the Cascades on I-90 this week, you should expect some delays.

KOMO reports WSDOT crews will be working on sealing bridge decks across the Franklin Falls and Denny Creek bridges Monday, July 11th, through Thursday, July 14th.

The work will require 24-hour lane closures between mile posts 50 and 51 and between mile posts 55 and 56.

The work is part of an ongoing, 15-mile project to improve wildlife crossing and stabilize rocks.

The work is scheduled to be done by 3 pm on Thursday.
