BELLINGHAM, Wash. – A woman faces robbery and other charges after a store clerk says she tried to bite her nose while stealing a bag of Chex Mix.
A police report shows the clerk at JJ’s In & Out Convenience Store in downtown Bellingham says the suspect entered the store on Monday, October 3rd, and grabbed the snack.
She put the bag under her coat and tried to leave, but the female clerk confronted her at the door.
She told the clerk she could not touch her, then grabbed the clerk by her hair and tried to bite her nose.
The clerk got away, but the suspect ran at her again and slapped her before running out of the store with the Chex Mix.
