BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Thanksgiving has come and gone, and we are already getting a taste of winter here in Whatcom County.
There is a wind advisory in place for western Whatcom County and San Jaun County until 10 p.m. tonight, Monday, November 28th.
The National Weather Service in Seattle says temperatures will drop today and remain cold throughout the week.
With snow levels dropping to 1,000 feet, we should see snow accumulations of one to three inches through Wednesday.
But some areas of Whatcom County could see four inches or more.
Forecasters are also predicting some more light snowfall this weekend.
