BLAINE, WASH. – The City of Blaine is thinking about upping its sales tax.
Ballots will hit mailboxes as early as this week on a measure to raise sales taxes from 8.55 to 8.7% to fund transportation improvements.
Two meetings in April will bring residents together to discuss the proposed transportation district.
