BELLINGHAM, WASH. – Police are on the lookout after a Western student says a man attempted to lift up her shirt outside a campus bathroom.
Western Washington University says the student was on the ground floor of Miller Hall Tuesday night at about 7:30 when a man confronted her, said he needed to take her picture and tried to life up her shirt.
She says the man quickly walked away when she shouted “No!”
He is described as an Asian male in his 20s, about 6-feet-tall, wearing a black pullover with white lettering and blue jeans.
He was carrying a black phone that was in a grey case.
Police are asking you to call 911 if you see this man.
