BELLINGHAM, WASH – A guilty plea from a man accused of raping several women.
The Bellingham Herald reports former Cosmos Bistro co-owner Jamison Rogayan pleaded guilty Thursday to three charges – two counts of third-degree rape and one count of unlawful imprisonment.
He was released from jail and is scheduled to be sentenced in June.
He’ll likely be forced to register as a sex offender.
Rogayan has already spent a-year-and-a-half behind bars.
The Herald reports the deal suggests he’ll serve little to no more jail time for the crimes.
Rogayan’s trial last year on about a-half-dozen sex crime charges ended with a hung jury.
