BELLINGHAM, Wash. – There may soon be new life for the former Costco Building at 4299 Guide Meridian in Bellingham.
Retailers Hobby Lobby, Sierra Trading Post and Home Goods are each listed on a building permit application with the City of Bellingham to remodel the building.
The remodeling plans leave about a sixth of the building’s square footage available for a 4th tenant, not listed on the application.
The Bellingham Herald reports the remodel cost is estimated at $5.9 million.
No date has been given for the expected completion of construction or store openings.
