BELLINGHAM, WASH. – Some people who live in north Bellingham woke up to vandalism Tuesday morning.
The police arrested one person.
Bellingham police say someone broke car and house windows in the Cordata and Columbia neighborhoods.
Police arrested Charles Dion Antone Jimmy.
There were around 15 separate reports, but police say Jimmy is responsible for just ten of them.
