BIRCH BAY, Wash. – It looks like a new Birch Bay library will be on Birch Bay Drive.
The Vogt family is selling its property in the 7900 block of Birch Bay Drive to the Whatcom County Library System.
But, The Northern Light reports it could be years before the library opens.
They need about $3.5 million in donations to make it a reality.
