UNDATED (AP) — The San Antonio Spurs have moved into the second round of the NBA’s Western Conference playoffs. And it will be the Toronto Raptors against the defending-champion Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA’s Eastern Conference semifinals.

Kawhi (kah-WY’) Leonard scored 29 points and Tony Parker added 27 as the Spurs eliminated the Grizzlies, 103-96 in Game 6 at Memphis. The game was tied at 92 until David Lee hit a layup with 2:25 remaining to ignite a game-ending, 11-4 run.

LaMarcus Aldridge finished with 17 points and 12 rebounds to help the Spurs advance against the Houston Rockets.

Mike Conley’s 26 points led the Grizzlies.

DeMar DeRozan scored 32 points and the Raptors blew a 25-point lead before downing the Bucks, 92-89 in Milwaukee. Cory Joseph helped Toronto close out the series in six games by scoring five points in a 9-0 run during the final two minutes, including a 3-pointer with 1:27 remaining.

The Bucks trailed by 25 midway through the third quarter, but Jason Terry’s 3-pointer with 3:06 remaining put Milwaukee ahead 80-78. Giannis Antetokounmpo (YAH’-nihs an-the-tuh-KUHM’-poh) spearheaded the Bucks’ third-quarter rally and finished with 34 points, but he shot just 2-for-6 in the final period.
