BELLINGHAM, WASH. – A Bellingham drug investigation leads to the recovery of, what police say, is stolen property.

It started when officers staked out a suspected drug house in the 600 block of Forest Street.

They gathered enough information on Wednesday to get a warrant.

They say when they went into the house they found high-end bikes and bike frames, construction equipment and tools, electronics, a snowboard and a gun.

Police say more than $10,000 of the recovered property is stolen.

Property worth about $6,000 is suspected to be stolen.

They say they also seized heroin, methamphetamine and cash and arrested Joseph Gaudette.
