SEATTLE, Wash. (AP) – Seattle police are investigating yet another shooting – this time in the Belltown neighborhood.
A man was shot in the chest overnight.
Nathan Harris was nearby.
“I was having my last cigarette for the night and I heard two or three gunshots. After that I saw everyone running in different directions.”
He was rushed to Harborview Medical Center and Police say his injuries could kill him.
There’s no information about the shooter.
It comes on the heels of three other shootings in a 24 hour period.
Seattle Police Chief Kathleen O’Toole says her department is working with the FBI to get a handle on the violence.
