BLAINE, Wash. – A man walking on the Birch Bay-Lynden Road is dead and the State Patrol is looking for the vehicle that hit him.
Passersby saw the body in the ditch in the 3900 block of Birch Bay-Lynden Road Monday morning, and called police just before 8:00.
Troopers are identifying the man as Joshua Reynolds, 33, of Blaine, saying an unknown vehicle hit and killed him.
They say the driver took off without calling for help.
