DEMING, Wash. – A Bellingham woman is injured and a man arrested after a DUI crash.
The State Patrol says Shawn Noisey was heading west on the Mount Baker Highway near Deming when he attempted to pass several vehicles on a blind curve Sunday afternoon.
Noisey spun out and was hit on the passenger side by a vehicle driving eastbound.
Noisey’s passenger, Nichole Lee, was injured and taken to the hospital.
The couple in the other car was not hurt.
Troopers arrested Noisey for vehicular assault.
