BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Whatcom County home values shot up about 11% in a year.
The Federal Housing Finance Agency says that’s the 14th highest spike in country.
The Bremerton area topped the list, with an over 14% hike.
Seattle’s 12% appreciation growth ranked third in the country.
Whatcom County home values are up more than 29% compared to five years ago.
