BELLINGHAM, Wash. – A naked man wearing only a belt and a knife near Western Washington University Friday afternoon had people concerned.
So much so, they called the police just after one o’clock.
By the time Western Police located him around the 1000 block of Garden Street, he had pants on.
They arrested him nonetheless.
The man is not a Western student.
