MOUNT VERNON, Wash. – It’s more than 14-years in prison for a man who killed his passenger in a 2015 wreck in Skagit County.
49-year-old Nicholas Angasan was convicted of vehicular homicide last month and sentenced last week.
The Skagit Valley Herald reports Angasan was drunk when he crashed.
Jeffrey Thomas was ejected from the car and died.
