BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Some parents of Bellingham High School students may be a little nervous about sending their kids to school Friday after getting a call about a bomb threat.
KGMI’s Tracy Ellis has a daughter who attends Bellingham… his wife Hannah received a call from the school Thursday night.
District spokesperson Jacqueline Brawley says Bellingham Police are investigating, but they don’t believe the threat is valid and classes will be in session Friday.
But, the district decided to call parents anyway.
Brawley says they did not feel it was necessary to contact the local news media.
