BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Bellingham and University police are looking for a man after he was seen masturbating in bushes on East Maple near High Street.
An alert from Western Washington University says a witness called police just after one Wednesday morning.
The man was described as white and wearing a black shirt with white lettering.
He ran away north in an alley, but police couldn’t find the man in the area.
