YAKIMA, Wash. (AP) – A Department of Homeland Security Agent from our state is accused of flashing his badge, knocking a woman unconscious and raping her.

Police are now investigating the Yakima agent.

The Spokesman-Review says the case began last Wednesday.

The victim tells officers a man arrived at her apartment complex looking for a woman named Sharon, which is not her name.

She says the man flashed the badge and punched her in the face.

He has not been arrested.
