BELLINGHAM, Wash. – A Western Washington University student, according to police, took pictures of another student in a bathroom.
The Bellingham Herald reports Christopher Weathersby was arrested Wednesday and is banned from setting foot on campus.
Western Police say Weathersby, 19, admitted to reaching over a stall and taking pictures with his phone.
