MOUNT VERNON, Wash – The Washington State Department of Health has charged a Whatcom County nurse with professional misconduct after she failed a drug test while working at Skagit Valley Hospital.

The Bellingham Herald reports Susan Watt tested positive for morphine and fentanyl in August 2016.

The drugs were not prescribed and Watt admitted taking them.

This is the second drug charge for Watt, who was accused of diverting anti-seizure drug clonazepam in 2014.
