DEMING, Wash. – The Mount Baker School District has cancelled summer school classes for Monday, July 10th.

Superintendent Charles Burleigh says a threat was received, prompting the district to cancel classes.

He wouldn’t describe the threat, but says the Whatcom County Sheriff’s Office is investigating.

The school announced on it’s website that summer programs will resume Tuesday, July 11th on a regular schedule.
