BELLINGHAM, Wash. – If you don’t already have your ballot for the August First primary election, you should be getting it soon.

Some Whatcom County Council, Bellingham City Council, and Port of Bellingham Commission races will be pared down to two candidates for the November general election.

The county has five new council districts this year.
