BLAINE, Wash. – The Ragnar Relay takes place on the streets of Northwest Washington this weekend.
The running event starts Friday in Blaine and wraps up on Whidbey Island.
Streets aren’t closed for the event, so be on the lookout for runners and expect some delays.
