John McCain is stalling the health care vote

With Senator John McCain recovering at home in Arizona from a surgery, Republicans have decided to postpone a vote on their health care bill in the Senate this week. ABC’s MaryAlice Parks from Capitol Hill reports that this is not the first time the well-being of an individual Senator has stalled a health care vote.
