BIRCH BAY, Wash. – A man died today at the Birch Bay Waterslides.
Whatcom County Undersheriff Jeff Parks says the man was in his 50’s and suffered some sort of medical problem – probably a heart attack.
A nurse was on scene at the time.
Bystanders attempted CPR until medics arrived and took over at about 1:30, but they weren’t able to save him.
