CHEHALIS, Wash. (AP) – Police say they arrested a burglar after a homeowner hog-tied him alongside a road east of Chehalis.
The Seattle-PI reports the homeowner found a stranger sitting at his kitchen table eating a bowl of cereal.
The man ran, so the homeowner grabbed a rifle and ran after him.
The homeowner ordered the man to the ground at gun point and tied his hands and feet.
The suspect tells deputies tried a “new drug” in the woods.
