BELLINGHAM, Wash. – Someone burned two American flags and a banner ahead of the Annual Vietnam Veteran’s Car Show Sunday in Barkley Village.
Police say the flags were bracketing the banner on Woburn Street.
Vietnam Veterans of America member Duane Holliday says it happened Thursday night.
Police are investigating.
