BELLINGHAM, Wash. – A man police say murdered his own son in Colorado is now in in the Whatcom County Jail.
Bellingham Police arrested Mark Redwine Saturday.
His work as a truck driver had apparently brought him to the area.
A grand jury indicted Redwine in connection with the death of his 13-year-old son Dylan Redwine in Colorado.
The teen’s remains were discovered about ten miles from his father’s home in 2013 after his parents went through a contentious divorce and custody battle.
Redwine denies any involvement in his son’s death.
