BELLINGHAM, Wash – If you live on Bellingham’s south side, water may be on your mind today.
A water main break on Donovan Avenue Friday impacted several south side neighborhoods.
Repairs to the main were complete Friday evening and re-filling and flushing operations began at that time.
The City of Bellingham says if you had lost water service and now your restored tap water is murky, let water run several minutes through a large outflow (like an outdoor water hose).
The City says you should call (360) 778-7700 if you have continued questions or concerns about water quality.
