SEDRO-WOOLLEY, Wash. – A hit-and-run in Skagit County put a man in the hospital.
The State Patrol said just before 11:30 Thursday night a vehicle hit Stephen Silva of Mount Vernon at Debays Island and Frances Road, just south of Sedro-Woolley.
Silva was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
As of Monday morning the State Patrol has no information on the vehicle or its driver.
