The White Rock-South Surrey baseball team returns to the diamond Sunday at the Little League World Series in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. The Canadian representative takes on Luz-Maracaibo out of Venezuela at 7:00am pacific.
White Rock advanced tp Sunday’s match-up with a 12-2 win over Emilia, Italy on Thursday. The game was called after 4 innings due to the mercy rule.
Luz-Maracaibo, the Latin America representative, beat Guadalupe Trevino Kelly from Mexico 4-1 in their opener.
