BLAINE, Wash. – A big road project in underway in Blaine.
The city is replacing a water main, adding new sidewalks and rebuilding a section of Sweet Road.
The work stretches from Yew Avenue east to the city limits.
It’s expected to take about two months.
Drivers should expect delays.
