BELLINGHAM, Wash. – A man jumped from a window in downtown Bellingham, according to police, who say he broke both of his legs.
Police say after looking at evidence and talking to witnesses, they determined a 70-year-old man leaped from a third story window at the Leopold Retirement apartments.
It happened just before 1:30 Monday afternoon.
It’s not clear why he jumped.
